SHIPPING within the US, Canada and Mexico: We ship via USPS First Class. Shipping and handling is $2.50 per order in the US, and $3.50 in Canada and Mexico - no charge for shipping additional stands.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We charge an additional $2.00 per order ($4.50 total) to cover additional shipping charges and customs paperwork. International shipments are sent via USPS first class mail. It generally takes 7 - 10 days to be received in customs, with additional delays in customs and shipping in your country.
WARRANTY: We offer a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the Latosta Laptop Stand. If the product fails in normal use, please send us the broken laptop stand and we will send you a free replacement or a refund of the original purchase price. The Warranty period varies with the model:
Aluminum models 2 years
Stainless Steel models 5 years
RETURNS: We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee; if you are not completely satisfied, simply send back the laptop stands and receive a full refund, excluding shipping and handling. Please read the FAQ for full compatibility information of these stands with your laptop computer before purchasing.
